To be a bartender, you have to posses a few qualities that frankly many of us don't really have. Learn how to make your customers happy and how to increase your earning potential by increasing your tips. It is somewhat impossible to know all of the possible mixtures of drink ingredients.
It can be nearly impossible to know every possible drink mixture, why is why most bartenders use mixing lists hidden under the bar to help them know what goes in each drink. Bartending can get really hectic at times but you can not afford to slow down the pace, you will lose so much money if you do and tick a few people off, no doubt about that. Those choosing to work for major hotel or airline chains may receive additional perks.
You can do this, just believe in yourself and take action. These are all great examples of how anyone can recession proof their income.
