bartender resume sample - Bartending 101

Landing a bartending job is sometimes tough, so you have to get prepared. There are two basic forms of Bartending schools available, hands on and online.

It will amaze you at the end of your shift as to how greatly your happy customers appreciate you, because your money will begin to increase and you will definitely notice the difference within just a matter of time. Having knowledge about different drinks and being able to create unique drinks according to the various customer's taste and preferences will help increase business. Another job bartenders have is knowing their drinks.

A tot generally means a drink with only a small amount of liquor. The big difference between bartending and any other business is that bar customers usually come to the bar not because of the drinks offered but because of the bartender and the atmosphere. After you have told a compelling story in your cover letter you must back it up with a solid resume.

The bartender must have all the right materials available all the time. Customers want and expect to see a smiling face making their drinks, so have fun.
