online bartenders guide

Being a bartender does involvemany responsibilities. The question I am asked the most, by a landslide, is how do I become a bartender?

Tending bar is a fun job and can be very much like an adventure. A student of mine became a bartender and doubled his take home income, with no previous bartending experience. You can also start locally; just make some enquiries in the bars or restaurants in your locality to get a break.

If they aren't already familiar with the concept, they need to be able to up sell. The more drinks you serve and please your customers, the more valuable you are to management. A firm hand shake, eye contact and attentiveness during interview will help you to impress your interviewer.

Through word of mouth and a great personality you can help make your place of work busy. This is what makes them higher ranking bartenders.
